What You Should Do:
🏠 Stay indoors as much as possible, especially during the hottest part of the day. 🚫 Avoid prolonged or strenuous outdoor activities. 👶 Children, 👴 older adults, 🤰 pregnant individuals, and those with asthma, COPD, heart disease, or other respiratory conditions should avoid outdoor activities whenever possible. 😷 If you must be outside for an extended period, consider wearing a well-fitted N95 or KN95 mask.
